Rates & Booking Requirements

• Nightly Rate: $750 per night
• Fourth of July weekend is $1500 for both Friday & Saturday nights.
• Lodging tax: 8% of total booking amount
• Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum required
• A $325 cleaning fee is applied to all reservations.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodge.
• An addition cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed.

Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Charges for damages or missing items will be assessed and billed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• All confirmed reservations for July through August are non-refundable at this time.
